Privacy Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This policy explains how aDrive, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel ("aDrive", "we"), processes personal information through adriveapp.com. For privacy requests, email contact@adriveapp.com.
Information we collect
- Contact form data: email address, role, message, and an optional name.
- Consent record: the privacy-notice version and submission time.
- Technical security logs normally generated by our hosting provider, such as IP address, request time, URL, browser/user-agent, and error or security events.
Please do not include sensitive information in the free-text message.
Why and on what basis we use it
- To answer an inquiry and take requested pre-contract steps, based on your request and consent.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the site, based on our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
- To establish or defend legal claims and comply with lawful requests.
We do not use contact details for unrelated marketing unless we obtain a separate, optional consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Recipients and international transfers
Data may be handled by our hosting provider, the service used to deliver contact-form submissions, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside Israel. We require appropriate contractual, security, and transfer safeguards where the law requires them.
Retention and security
Contact inquiries are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the potential business relationship, satisfy legal obligations, and resolve disputes, then deleted or anonymised. Routine security logs are retained for the hosting provider's limited security and operational periods. We use access controls, HTTPS, request validation, and rate limiting, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, and complain to a regulator. Israeli law provides rights of access and correction. EEA/UK residents may also contact their local data-protection authority. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete covered information and may not be discriminated against for exercising applicable rights. Because we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used by the CCPA, there is currently no sale/sharing opt-out mechanism. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify your identity.
Which laws may apply
- Israel: the Privacy Protection Law, including Amendment 13 (in force since 14 August 2025), applies to our processing in Israel. It broadens the definition of personal information and strengthens enforcement.
- GDPR: it applies if we offer goods or services to, or monitor the behaviour of, people in the EEA, or otherwise have an EEA establishment. A merely accessible website does not by itself establish applicability; EEA campaigns, customers, tracking, or targeting may.
- CCPA/CPRA: it applies only if the business does business in California and meets a statutory threshold (for example, annual gross revenue over US$25 million, handling data of 100,000 California consumers/households, or deriving at least 50% of revenue from selling/sharing their data). Based on this site's current limited contact form and no sale/sharing, applicability is not established and the thresholds require business-level confirmation.
Children and changes
This business-to-business site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect their information. Material policy changes will be posted here with a new date and, where required, additional notice or consent.
