These terms govern use of adriveapp.com, operated by aDrive in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Contact: contact@adriveapp.com.

Site purpose

The site provides general information about aDrive's developing vehicle-advertising platform and a way to request contact. It is not an offer, quotation, guarantee, or commitment that a feature, campaign result, revenue level, certification, service level, or launch date will be available.

No online purchase

The current site has no checkout and does not take payments. Any service, hardware, campaign, or fleet arrangement requires a separate written agreement. If online purchasing is introduced, the checkout must display before the user commits: the number of instalments, the amount of each instalment, the total payable amount, all fees/interest, the payment schedule, cancellation terms, and required statutory disclosures.

Acceptable use

You may use the site lawfully for genuine business inquiries. Do not probe or disrupt security, submit unlawful or deceptive content, impersonate others, scrape the site in a way that impairs it, or misuse the contact form.

Intellectual property

The site's code, original illustrations, design, copy, marks, and branding are owned by aDrive or used under licence. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without written permission. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.

Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and exclude indirect or consequential loss arising solely from site use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links, changes, and law

Third-party services have their own terms. We may update the site and these terms prospectively. Israeli law governs these terms, and courts with lawful jurisdiction in Tel Aviv-Yafo will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer law.
